For my next trick, I'm going to serialize Mating Flight, a novel I
wrote a couple years ago which I had vaguely intended to try to sell but
evidently I hate marketing a lot.
How do you feel about paying for a serialized novel?
It is a wonderful blessing to get decent writing for free
As a matter of honor, I would wish to pay a modest sum for it.
I am a patron of the arts! I wish I had only some way to shower Bard
with quarters and euros and forints!!
I don't like trading money for words. How about I trade art or something?
I don't like paying for stuff on the web, but I'd buy a hard copy or something.
I'd only want to pay for something special.
Which of these is the best reason to serialize an already-written novel
It can be posted on schedule without such trouble from Bard's personal life.
It's got an actual plot
Bard can write the next one while it's posting this one.
Bard won't forget to do the writing as much.
I, Bard, hereby ask you to rubber-stamp my decision and approach!
I will do no such thing!
Which of these features is most predictable given it's a Bard book?
A dragon's diary
Troublesome sex and romance
Queer content at some oblique to reality
Which new feature are you most surprised about?
What about the loss of Nexterie?
Nexterie wasn't going anywhere.
I will miss Nexterie.
I never read it anyways
Bard should get that WordPress site it used for Sythyry back in order!
Livejournal is fine!
Anything with an RSS feed!
Bard should get with new technology, as noted in a comment!
